  • Single mentoring session: a one hour meeting where you will tell me everything about your educational background and experience, ask me all the questions you want about being a freelance translator (how to find clients, how to choose your own rates, which specializations you should pick, how to create invoices, etc). I will help you with this practical information, answering your questions and doing my best to turn you into a professional translator.

  • Package of 4 sessions: 1st session – You will tell me everything about your educational background and experience, ask me all the questions you want about being a freelance translator. In this first meeting we will focus on understanding which troubles you encounter in your career and we’ll try to figure out solutions that are tailored for you. We’ll also focus on specializations and niches.
    2nd session – We’ll work on your CV, cover letter, website, and portfolio. You’ll show me what you have and I’ll tell you how to make them better. I’ll give you all the tools you need to become independent.
    3rd session – Rates, invoicing and clients. I’ll help you figure out which rates you should charge, how to create invoices, and how to find clients.
    4th session – Marketing and online presence. In this last meeting I’ll help you improve your marketing strategies and online presence, in order to find more clients and to grow your network.
    Bonus: I offer a free 30 minutes session to help you find a healthy work-life balance through good habits, mindfulness, and positive routine (session not compulsory).
