Translator at work!

Choose a job you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life

Hi there,

My name is Nadine, I am an EN, FR, ES > IT translator, transcreator, and copywriter.

I have a BA in Translation and Interpreting studies from the University of Trieste (SSLMIT) and a MA in Specialized Translation studies from the University of Pescara (SSIT) 🎓 I founded my businessMore Than Translation” in 2017, full of hopes and projects 👩‍💻

I had to work hard, but little by little I built a flourishing business, always adding new services to help my clients grow. I started as a freelancer, but over the years I created a network of collaborators who are now part of MTT’s family! I work with other amazing professionals from all over the world, in order to offer more language combinations and services to my clients. You can find out more about some of them here 🌎 I take care of everything related to the Italian market 🇮🇹

We currently help small businesses and private clients communicate with their international audience through top-notch translations, proofreading, editing, website & app localization, and SEO services.

How many times have you found yourself dazed reading a text that sounded just weird? Probably, it was a (bad) translation 😵‍💫 Also being a copywriter, I always provide flawless translations that… don’t sound like translations! 100% native texts guaranteed 😉

Feel free to send me an email to ask for samples and references 😎

Do you know what a “Polymath” or “Multipotentialite” is? I know, because I am one 🤓
A “multipotentialite” is a person who excels in two or more different fields.

It can also refer to an individual whose interests span multiple fields or areas, rather than being strong in just one. This skill allows polymaths to find unseen interconnectedness, learn faster than the average, etc. Let’s take a look at the advantages of being a multipotentialite:

  • rapid learning and fast skill acquisition (learn how to learn)
  • idea synthesis
  • adaptability
  • translating between modes of thought
  • concocting new solutions
  • contextual thinking
  • enthusiasm
  • novelty and variety
  • fit well into leadership roles
  • empathize with a broader set of people and cultures

Do you think what I am thinking? These are great qualities for…a translator!

Indeed, I have LOADS of interests and passions and that’s what makes me different from the majority of other translators.

All my specializations are my passions and that’s why I am the best choice. Here are some of them:

  • Outdoor Sports: I love climbing, hiking, skiing, and in general, outdoor sports! I am familiar with the words of this sector in many languages, so I can help you translate your website, product description, or blog into Italian! 🧗‍♀️
  • Sustainability: I have been a climate activist since 2014. I have a blog about Ecology where I translate articles from all over the world to make them accessible to the Italian audience! I love gardening and permaculture 🪴
  • Yoga and Mindfulness: Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Coach. I also have a blog about Yoga and Spirituality! 🧘‍♀️
  • Ecotourism and Travel: Digital Nomad since 2017 and travel lover: I have already visited and lived in many different countries. I only support clients who promote ethical forms of tourism.

You might be thinking: ‘How does she even find the time to have all of these interests?’. Well, my day has 24 hours just like yours and I don’t travel in time, I swear 😇
One of the skills of a multipotentialite is… to be extremely organized. I can optimize my time in a way that even if I have only 20 minutes, I can use them in a productive way!
